Park Point Beach House
Located on Duluth's Park Point Beach with beautiful views of Lake Superior.
The Park Point Beach House is ideal for wedding events, birthday parties, baby/wedding showers, graduation parties, anniversary parties, Wedding Rehearsals, Family Reunion, Class Reunion, Celebrations of Life and Corporate party.
There is ample parking, ADA access to the building and beach access.
PERMITTED SPACE: Rental of the space is exclusive to the inside of the Park Point Beach House and the back patio. The outside park grounds and beach are open to the public and not exclusive to the rental.
CAPACITY: 200 people
Cancelation Policy:
Full refund within 30 days of receipt of payment for the rental hours only
½ refund within 6 months of the receipt of payment for the rental hours only
Zero refund of payment for just the rental hours
Full refund for the following items: Damage Deposit, Liquor Permit, Full Service Clean
AVAILABILITY: The Park Point Beach House is available for rentals between June 1 and September 30 every year.
