The Park Point Beach House has picture perfect amenities that will give your event exactly what it needs. In addition to high speed Internet access, spacious interior, and fire place; the facility is located on Duluth's Park Point. There are also restrooms located inside the facility.
The rear of the facility features a beach on Lake Superior. The front has a view of Duluth Harbor, in addition to Beach Volleyball courts and a Softball field.
Ample parking for guests is also available right at the venue.
CENTER LOCATED BAR AREA
Located in the center of the building is a bar area. This makes it easy for your caterer or bartender to set-up for easy access for your guests.

Located behind the bar is a large ice machine available to rent.
