Site rental fees shall be charged according to the fee schedule approved by the City Council for each respective year. 

 

2025 

1. Duluth Residents: $130/hr     

2. Non-Residents: $185/hr       

3. Mobile Vendor Fee: $25/vendor

1. Duluth Residents: $150/hr  

2. Non-Residents: $210/hr 

3. Mobile Vendor Fee: $30/vendor

 2027     

1. Duluth Residents: $180/hr 

2. Non-Residents: $235/hr 

3. Mobile Vendor Fee: $35/vendor

$500 damage deposit

$500 We do The Full Clean-up (Renters option to do it themselves)

$35 Outside Games

$25 Ice Machine use

$1 per Outside Chair

Cancelation Policy:

Full refund within 30 days of receipt of payment for the rental hours only

½ refund within 6 months of the receipt of payment for the rental hours only

Zero refund of payment for just the rental hours
